Standard delivery of non special order items, please allow 1-2 weeks. For “Special Order” items such as umbrellas, please allow 3-4 weeks.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. We have a fully staffed team of experts who can walk you step by step through this process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e., Eagle Global Logistics, Roadway) please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 60 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for an in-store credit. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request (i.e Custom ordered items, or special discount purchases). Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift card, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

What should I do when my order is delivered?
Always be sure to inspect the packages before signing the delivery receipt. If you are asked to sign without seeing the package(s), let the delivery person know you must inspect the package(s) first.
Help us to serve you better by doing the following before the delivery driver departs:
1. Upon delivery, inspect your merchandise, verify that the skid, boxes and/or products are in good condition and have no visible signs of damage.
2. Count the number of pieces and verify that the total reflects what is printed on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Merchandise may be shipped boxed, strapped, palletized and shrink-wrapped.
Make all notations of shortages or damages on all copies of the bill of lading and have the driver sign acceptance of your notations.
NOTE: When you sign the delivery receipt, please add the statement, Pending Further Inspection, along with your signature. Please do this even if you have inspected the items as you may look at them closer later and find something that was not evident upon initial inspection.
3. After the driver leaves, check all merchandise within shipping container for any concealed damage. If damage is found, contact Bungalow Pool & Patio immediately for further assistance. This will be necessary should a claim need to be filed. Bungalow Pool & Patio must be notified within 48 hours of any damage to or discrepancy with your order.
Remember: Failure to inspect & count your shipment or notate any damages or shortages on delivery receipt may waive your right to any replacement or reimbursement.
